We are looking for a highly motivated individual who thrives on serving customers and developing new business to join our growing team at our Mt. Joy location. Responsibilities Business development in our Agriculture Equipment Sales. New and used Agriculture equipment sales Prompt response to customers calls Welcome and work with walk-in customers Prompt follow up to all leads and referrals
Preferred Requirements:
Knowledge of agriculture equipment Previous sales experience Enjoys serving customers; strong customer service skills Must be friendly, personable, and gets along well with others Computer skills Self-motivated Additional Employee Benefit Employer sponsored events/outings for employees like company picnic, employee outings, Christmas banquet and other events throughout the year. On site Health Clinic staffed by Penn Medicine physicians providing no cost doctors visits at our Mt. Joy location.
