Successful candidate will be self-motivated, possess strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of home construction, and ability to interact with team members. Daily contact with currently established modular home builders in northeastern sales territory and development of new accounts required. Ability to problem-solve a necessary ability. Detail oriented work skills important in this position. Minimum of two years modular home sales experience or equivalent construction level background desired. General computer skills are necessary.
