Residential & Commercial Painting Description:

Paint Pals LLC is looking for a motivated, people-friendly part-time sales rep to join our growing painting company. This is a commission-only position—perfect for someone self-driven who enjoys flexible hours and helping others improve their homes or businesses. We provide quality leads—you meet with the customer, quote the job, and close the deal. You can also generate your own leads for a higher commission.

Pay Structure:

7% commission on company-provided leads 10% commission on self-generated leads Paid weekly after jobs are completed and paid

Your Responsibilities:

Follow up with leads and schedule estimate appointments Arrive 10 minutes early to every estimate Meet with customers to understand their needs Take measurements, notes, and job site photos Deliver quotes using our templates or pricing tools Communicate clearly and follow up to close the job Submit job details and signed agreements to our team (Optional) Generate your own leads for higher commissions

Requirements:

Must pass a background check Reliable vehicle iPad or smartphone Strong communication and people skills Professional appearance and punctuality Organized and self-motivated

Schedule:

You control your schedule Most estimates happen Monday-Friday during business hours Great for those seeking supplemental or flexible income
