Overview We’re looking for a Sales Representative tojoin our Distribution (Radial and Linear Products) business unit togrow sales and achieve our business plan in theLouisiana/Mississippi region. Your success will come frommaintaining relationships with existing customers, prospecting newcustomers, and executing sales strategies with passion andperseverance. This is a remote work opportunity with qualifiedcandidates being located in either Mississippi or Louisiana. ?????Your Key Responsibilities Promote and sell Schaeffler brandproducts to the Industrial Aftermarket through authorizeddistributor channels. Develop and implement territory sales growthstrategies and projects to grow long term market share. Developongoing relationships and rapport at both distributor and end userto influence Schaeffler brand choice and preference. Provideapplication assistance through product knowledge and connectingcustomers with Schaeffler engineering group service and support.
Provide product training to both distributor and end user customersin the region. Effectively communicate projects, customer issuesand ensures Schaeffler has a clear understanding of customer needsand expectations. Use Salesforce to document account activity andterritory opportunities. Meet and exceed annual sales goals andbudget. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a related field orequivalent work experience Minimum of four (4) years sales andbusiness development experience selling through IndustrialDistributors, or in similar industries (i.e. Fluid Power, FluidSealing, Pumps, Motors, Couplings, Bearings) Possess strongmechanical aptitude High energy, self-motivated, self-learner andgoal oriented Excellent planning skills to effectively managepriorities, time and travel Excellent verbal, written communicationand presentation skills Strong Computer Skills – IE. MicrosoftOutlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce Availability forovernight travel approximately 35% of the time External applicantsmust be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment visa orother sponsorship Our Offering Company vehicle: including fuel,insurance and maintenance Comprehensive healthcare coverage:
