Job Overview We’re looking for a SalesRepresentative to join our Industrial Aftermarket business unit togrow sales and achieve our business plan in Arizona, New Mexico andNevada. Your success will come from maintaining relationships withexisting customers, prospecting new customers, and executing salesstrategies with passion and perseverance. This position can belocated in Phoenix or Tucson. Your Key Responsibilities Promote andsell Schaeffler brand bearing products to the IndustrialAftermarket through authorized distributor channels. Develop andimplement territory sales growth strategies and projects to growlong term market share. Meet and exceed sales goals and budget.
Develop positive relationships and rapport at both distributorpartners and end-user to promote Schaeffler brands. Offer producttraining to both distributor and end user customers in the region.
Deliver application assistance through product knowledge andconnecting customers with Schaeffler engineering group service andsupport. Effectively communicates sales milestones, customer issuesand ensures Schaeffler has a clear understanding of customer needsand expectations. Use Salesforce CRM software to document accountactivity and territory opportunities. Collaborate effectivelywithin the Schaeffler organization to achieve industry goals. YourQualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalentwork experience Minimum of four (4) years sales and businessdevelopment experience selling through Industrial Distributors, orin similar industries (i.e. Fluid Power, Fluid Sealing, Pumps,Motors, Couplings, Bearings) Possess strong mechanical aptitudeHigh energy, self-motivated, self-learner and goal orientedExcellent planning skills to effectively manage priorities, timeand travel Excellent verbal, written communication and presentationskills Strong Computer Skills – IE.
