We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Relations Representative to join our towing company. This role is responsible for developing business relationships, increasing service sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service, strong communication skills, and a drive to help grow the company’s customer base and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities including auto repair shops, dealerships, insurance companies, and fleet accounts. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular contact and service follow-ups. Track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain a sales pipeline. Collaborate with management to set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them. Participate in networking events, trade shows, and local business functions to promote the company. Experience Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred; experience in sales is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools is advantageous. A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving individual and team goals.
