In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the Construction Industry a plus. Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the General Manager to grow sales in Knoxville TN market
  • Use CRM to call on list and create business relationships (minimum of 100 phone calls per week)
  • From the cold call permit list, create working business relationships by scheduling and visiting a minimum of 30 construction offices and/or jobsites per week
  • Be able to maintain customer relationship from introduction to continually scheduling service for customers (working hand-in-hand with dispatch to schedule and set realistic expectations on deliveries, pickups and/or exchanges on jobsites)
  • Attend bi-weekly internal VaVia sales training via Zoom
  • Attend at least (1) construction driven networking event per week
  • Setup weekly events for prospective clients, non-profits and client appreciation Skills Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Strong cold calling skills with the ability to initiate conversations with potential clients. Experience in conducting product demos that effectively communicate value propositions. Knowledge of territory sales management techniques and strategies. Excellent business development acumen, capable of identifying growth opportunities. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with customers. Ability to upsell effectively by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
