We prioritize customer service, leading with a serving heart, and providing a luxury experience to all our clients.
Responsibilities:
Build relationships with customers and provide a personalized luxury experience. Assist customers in selecting the perfect Lincoln vehicle that suits their needs and preferences. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Lincoln models, features, and pricing. Effectively communicate promotions, financing options, and extra services available. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
Previous experience in luxury car sales is preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Driver’s license with clean driving record.
