Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations. Manage inventory by tracking stock levels, conducting regular counts, and ensuring products are well-organized and displayed attractively. Assist in outbound sales efforts by reaching out to potential clients and following up on leads. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers. Utilize software systems for sales tracking, inventory management, and customer relationship management (CRM). Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred. Proficiency in inventory management and control practices. Familiarity with relevant software applications for sales tracking and inventory management. Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication during outbound sales calls. Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are highly desirable to cater to a wider customer base. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory and sales processes.
