If you’re a proven sales rep and excited about that mission we’d love you to join our team. Painting sales is a great industry with tons of potential, but it is not for everyone: This role is commission only and paid strictly on the painting jobs you sell and produce This role relies on mostly inbound leads. When lead volume is lower it requires hanging door hangers, seeking referrals, etc. to fill the pipeline. This role requires managing of the projects you sell for the first few months until we hire a dedicated Project Manager What we’re looking for: Demonstrated experience in being a top-performer in home services sales or similar industries. Entrepreneurial with a strong desire to help us build and grow an elite company Hungry and Driven to achieve goals Proven track record of self-discipline High level communication skills Loves sales and helping people Authentic and good at building rapport What the job looks like: Run scheduled appointments for interior and exterior painting projects Walk through the scope with the homeowner, take detailed pictures, and accurate measurements Prepare estimates and present proposals to homeowner in person Follow up regularly to close deals
