This role involves close collaboration with the sales team to monitor Salesforce and ensure that sales strategies, goals, and tasks are being met.

Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling Support:

Assist with business development, customer success, and sales activities. Manage emails, calendar invites, meeting updates.

Marketing and Sales:

Participate in marketing and sales projects related to builder events, host customers, and coordinate field team/customer appreciation events.

Event Support:

Organize and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and conferences. Assist with logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials.

Administrative Duties:

Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and maintaining department records.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in an administrative or sales role. Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, or marketing preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within deadlines. Self-starter with the ability to influence through collaboration and work independently when required. Proficiency in using mobile, tablet, laptop, and desktop computing devices. Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a sales or business marketing setting. Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
