With over 90 locations throughout Florida, we are committed to delivering a premium customer experience. Our team of trained wireless experts is focused on providing valuable solutions to meet the wireless needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Provide training and support to team members on wireless products, services, and customer engagement techniques. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills and productivity. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive work environment. Assist in inventory management and merchandising to optimize sales opportunities. Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among team members.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Previous experience in retail management or team leadership is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies for improvement. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Requirements:

EDUCATION and/ or

EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

Base Salary Range $13.00 hourly Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly) Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
