PGI is looking for a Replenishment Lead to be responsible for supervising all operations, functions and personnel in Replenishment for our Distribution Center located in Littleton, MA. Responsibilities To monitor and supervise work force and workflow. To monitor functionality of all operations. To make sure all policies and procedures are followed. Monitor and maintain daily replenishments. Resolve any inventory issues/replenishment issues that arise. Ensure replenishment functions are being done properly. Understand, follow and enforce company policies. Commitment to work extra hours as required to run the department. Communicate with other departments to promote cooperation. Other duties as directed.

Requirements :

Two to five years related supervisory experience preferred. Certificate from college or technical program (around one year), or six months of relevant experience or training. Experience with various equipment necessary (fork trucks, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, etc.) – Must be fork truck certifiable and be able to train others in appropriate usage of equipment. Computer experience required.

Supervision Responsibilities:

Ensure that all staff receives orientation, training and re-training to maintain and improve essential duties and technical expertise needed to competently and safely perform their work. Coach leads and associates on a daily basis to promote adherence to company policies and procedures while managing the team to meet and exceed department and corporate goals and objectives. Must be willing to always put safety first and represent all company rules and policies. Ability to lift, pull and push at least 50 pounds. Ability to work independently with minimal direction, be an effective leader and be able to set an example for all others to follow. Must be able to read/write in English & Spanish. Benefits/Perks!
