Job summary:
The Replenishment Lead is responsible for supervising all operations, functions and personnel in Replenishment. Responsibilities Monitor and supervise work force and workflow. Monitor functionality of all operations. Ensure all policies and procedures are followed. Monitor and maintain daily replenishments. Resolve any inventory issues/replenishment issues that arise Ensure replenishment functions are being done properly Understand, follow and enforce company policies Commitment to work extra hours as required to run the department Communicate with other departments to promote cooperation
Supervision Responsibilities:
Ensure that all staff receives orientation, training and re-training to maintain and improve essential duties and technical expertise needed to competently and safely perform their work. Coach leads and associates on a daily basis to promote adherence to company policies and procedures while managing the team to meet and exceed department and corporate goals and objectives
Requirements :
Two to five years related supervisory experience preferred. MUST be able to read, write and communicate in English Experience with various equipment necessary (fork trucks, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, etc.) – Must be fork truck certifiable and be able to train others in appropriate usage of equipment. Computer experience required. Must be willing to always put safety first and represent all company rules and policies. Ability to lift, pull and push at least 50 pounds.
