Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team in the floral department As a Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our display shelves are fully stocked and organized. This is a vital role in maintaining a positive customer experience and maximizing sales.

Duties:

• Unload merchandise shipments
• Sort and organize products in designated areas
• Stock shelves with new merchandise
• Ensure proper signage of product
• Count inventory levels and communicate with management
• Assist customers in locating products and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the display and overstock area
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
• Knowledge or interest in gardening, lawn care, or related products is a plus
• Ability to sell products by providing accurate information and recommendations
• Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly stockroom and sales floor
• Customer service-oriented mindset to ensure customer satisfaction
