The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our inventory is well-managed and readily available for customers. This position requires attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key in our diverse workplace. Duties Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality. Maintain stock levels by organizing and replenishing inventory on shelves. Assist in shipping and receiving processes as needed. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in locating products. Operate forklifts safely to move large items or pallets within the warehouse. Ensure compliance with safety standards while handling products and equipment. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or stockroom setting is preferred. Familiarity with inventory control processes and techniques. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for maintaining inventory accuracy.
