Bridgewater, NJ About the Job As Associate Directorwithin Access Analytics you will serve as an individual contributorresponsible for delivering insights into brand and channeldynamics, modeling, and financial assessments. Your work willsupport Pricing, Value & Access, Brand, Contracting, and Operationsteams within U.S. Market Access across various therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities
- Staying current on Sanofi’s Portfolio and MarketAccess Knowledge
- Manage and/or perform appropriate market accessresearch and analytic projects to guide market access and pricingdecisions
- Perform Channel and Account analytics on patientlongitudinal data set and provide key insights to stakeholders
- Partner with reporting to identify key performance indicators anddevelop dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with other groups instrategic pricing and contracting along with other functions withinUSMA and outside including account management, channel strategy,market research, legal, forecasting, finance
- Leverage currentsystem and data assets and participate in identifying potentialadditional needs
- Perform Ad-hoc analyses for Brand and Channeldynamics
- Perform and support financial impacts for Brand andChannels (i.e. Breakeven analysis, deal modeling for payers orGPOs)
- Become the Subject Matter Expert for the supported TA(s)and their data (i.e
- GTN, third party, and Sanofi Transactions)
- Support the GTN process by providing stakeholders financial impacts
Market Access About You Education:
- BA or BS degree in mathematicse.
g. Statistics, Data Science, Engineering) or related field
Experience:
- Must have working knowledge of Market Access, advanceanalytics and track record for learning new things
- Excellentanalytical/modeling skills
- Proficiency in longitudinal dataassets (i.e. APLD and LAAD)
- Proficiency in formulary data assets(i.e. MMIT)
- Proficiency in SQL
- Understanding of Real WorkEvidence data (i.e. Clinformatics)
- Ability to interpret data andcreate a narrative to inform business decisions
- Strong knowledgeof pharmaceutical business and market access
- Working knowledge ofthe US healthcare system and reimbursement environment Soft skills
- Self-motivated and self-starter
- Detail oriented, exceptionalorganizational skills
- Ability to manage timelines, and leadproject teams
- Auditable accuracy in work product
- Strong writtenand verbal communication skills
- Strong PC skills including Word,PowerPoint, Excel
- Ability to travel to key meetings andconventions as needed, between 10-20% Preferred qualifications:
