Grocery Stocker Kasia Market Belle Mead, NJ 08502 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory levels, ensuring products are stocked efficiently, and supporting overall store operations. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers. Duties Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments to ensure timely stocking of merchandise. Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and assist in inventory management processes. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move products around the store or warehouse. Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized stockroom and sales floor. Assist in shipping and receiving tasks as needed, ensuring accuracy in inventory control. Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and locating items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stocking area to promote a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or inventory management is preferred. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is a plus. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely. Proficient in using RF scanners for inventory tracking. Strong communication skills; multilingual abilities are an advantage. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage stock efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
