Outbound Lead Pay:
$19.75 Start Date(s): 6/25 and ongoing Candidates must have:
- Previous leadership experience required
- Forklift certification/experience required
- Previous warehouse experience
- Effective communication skills
- Good attitude and strong team player
- Working in cold storage environment
- Must be able to lift 35-60 lbs
- Must be able to operate pallet jack
- Ability to train and motivate a team The job includes but is not limited to:
- Managing a team of Outbound Associates in performing the outbound process
- Overseeing the operations facility
- Stationing associates within the correct spots in the warehouse
- Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
- Ensuring packages are sent out for delivery each operating day
