Frozen Lead Pottstown Grocery Outlet Pottstown, PA Frozen Department Lead Description As the Frozen Lead the bulk of your time is spent stocking the department. You will need to have open availability. Typically, you will close the building one to two times a week as a member of the leadership team. At times you may be responsible for the entire store. Need to be comfortable coaching and giving direction to employees and enjoy engaging with customers. You will be responsible for ordering with owner oversight and having an organized dating system. Must have high tolerance for the cold as you will be stocking frozen product and working in the freezer at times. This job requires movement at a fast pace. Salary $14 – $17 per hour
