The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to account management, technical sales, and business development, ensuring that customer needs are met with the highest level of service. Duties Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories. Manage existing accounts and build long-term relationships with clients. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits. Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively to meet or exceed targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account information in the CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments. Skills Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or inside sales environments. Strong account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients. Ability to understand technical concepts related to products or services offered. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients at all levels. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
