Waldemar Link, founded in 1948, has been a pioneer in the large joint reconstruction space, developing orthopedic implants since 1964. Job Summary The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales, developing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. This role will support the sales team by engaging with potential and existing customers, answering inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist customers with product inquiries, providing information on features, benefits, and pricing. Process sales transactions accurately, including order entry, payment processing, and order fulfillment. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for repeat business. Achieve sales targets set by management and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and resolve any post-purchase issues. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments (e.g., logistics, marketing, customer service) to ensure customer needs are met. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and lead status using the CRM system. Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer needs. Participate in sales meetings and training programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills. Support promotional campaigns and product launches to drive sales growth. Attend trade shows, conferences, or client meetings as necessary to represent LinkBio Corp. Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely, professional manner. Manage customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles. Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Other Desired Qualifications and Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive results. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Knowledge of medical device products and healthcare market is a plus. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 lbs. as required. Must be flexible with work hours, including evenings and weekends as needed to meet customer demand. •
Travel:
75%-90% local travel of the Tri-State area •
Driver’s License Required Reporting Structure:
The Sales Associate reports to the Sales Manager or designated supervisor.
Compensation:
