R D Lab Technician – Chemistry Focus Polyonics, Inc. 28 Industrial Park Dr, Westmoreland, NH 03467 We are seeking an entry level, hands-on and detail-oriented R D Lab Technician- Chemistry Focus to support our Research & Development team in the formulation, testing, and scale-up of innovative chemical products. This position plays a vital role in assisting chemists and scientists with lab-based work, product development, and process support. Experience with coatings, chemicals, or materials science is a strong plus Familiarity with basic chemistry concepts, principles, and laboratory method is a must Key Responsibilities Assist in the formulation, testing, and evaluation of chemical compounds and prototype coatings Prepare and standardize laboratory reagents and solutions Operate and maintain laboratory instruments (e.g., pH meters, balances, spectrometers) Record experimental data and maintain detailed lab notebooks Assist in scaling up formulations from lab to pilot scale Support general lab activities such as sample preparation, measuring, and product attribute assessments Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized lab environment
