QC Chemist Vimal Crop Care Pvt. Ltd. Laboratory, PA Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Chemist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory practices and quality control, with experience in various analytical techniques. This role involves conducting experiments, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards. The Chemist will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our products through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes. Responsibilities Conduct laboratory experiments using various techniques including wet chemistry, microscopy, and microbiology. Operate and calibrate laboratory equipment such as spectrophotometers to ensure accurate measurements. Maintain and manage Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for efficient data tracking and reporting. Perform quality control tests to ensure products meet specified standards and regulatory requirements. Document all experimental procedures, results, and analyses in accordance with CGMP guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes. Stay updated on FDA regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus. Experience working in a laboratory setting with knowledge of CGMP practices. Proficiency in operating laboratory instruments including spectrophotometers and microscopy equipment. Familiarity with microbiological techniques and quality control processes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data accurately. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
