Clinical Research Coordinator Beer Dermatology West Palm Beach, FL 33401 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning, execution, and management of clinical trials. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and overseeing the collection and management of data throughout the research process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical development, preferably in clinical research. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee all aspects of clinical research studies from initiation to completion. Must be able to engage with MSLs to work on trials. Assist with patient recruitment. Negotiate budget and ensure that staff are compliant with all regulations and meet deadlines in an organized fashion. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Supervise and train study staff on protocols, procedures, and data collection methods. Manage patient recruitment, informed consent processes, and blood sampling procedures. Collect, record, and manage data accurately using appropriate systems. Monitor study progress and maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure timelines are met. Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory submissions and audits. Collaborate with investigators and other team members to address any issues that arise during the study. Experience A background in clinical research or clinical development is essential. Proficiency in data management systems and data collection methodologies. Familiarity with FDA regulations governing clinical trials. Strong organizational skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
