We are seeking a skilled Temporary Associate Fulfilment Specialist to join our dynamic team. Join us in shaping the future of clinical trials and making a meaningful impact in healthcare! As a full-time Temporary Associate Fulfilment Specialist you will have the opportunity to temporarily support our growth ambitions and make a difference within our organization. In this role, you will work closely with the Operations team to build kits for one of Emsere’s clients. You will be part of a global and local team based out of our office in North America. What will you do? Compilation of study materials for clinical research Package and label equipment prior to shipment Ensure appropriate quality control checks are performed and documented Assemble and compile study kits and materials for clinical research studies according to detailed instructions and study protocols Package and label equipment and materials accurately prior to shipment, ensuring completeness and compliance with labelling standards Conduct and document quality control checks throughout the kit packaging process to ensure accuracy and compliance Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Assist in inventory management of kit components and materials, including restocking and reporting shortages Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production and shipping deadlines Support shipping and logistics teams in preparing kits for outbound distribution Perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary by supervisors or project leads Qualifications High School Diploma or higher -or- Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO) Minimum of 1 Year We Offer Emsere’s offers a collaborative workplace in a fast-growing global organization with a familiar, informal atmosphere with the possibility to work remotely and grow professionally.
