Qualifications:

An active, Registered Nurse. Experience with the elderly population is preferred but not a requirement. Experience in Infection Control preferred A drug screen and background check will be required. Great attendance is required. Must be very organized due to the extensive amount of paperwork. Must be a self-starter and very motivated. Must have several years of Nursing experience.

Essential Job Functions:

This nurse will keep track of all infections and antibiotic use, including antibiotic stewardship. To act as a liaison and representative of the residents and staff with the infections and medical needs. This position will require someone who will be flexible with shifts and/or hours. Must have the resident’s best interest in mind at all times and abide by the federal and state regulations. Be a part of the Quality Assurance team. #INDHIGH
