The scientist will be responsible to run in vitro primary cell culture in 96-well plate format, perform serial dilutions of drug molecules, and perform FACS flow cytometry analysis to look at cell populations changes and cell phenotype changes. It will be ideal to have candidates with previous mRNA LNP drug candidate screening experience. 1. In vitro primary cell culture (human PBMC, Cyno PBMC and mouse splenocyte)
2. Serial dilutions of drug molecules and application of treatment using multichannel pipette
3. Live/Dead and antibody staining of cells and FACS flow cytometry run on Client FACS Canto II / Fortessa / LSR II and data analysis using FlowJo software
4. mRNA LNP candidate screening Master with 5-7 year experience level/or PhD preferred
