In this position, the STF/DM Analyst will perform a variety of administrative functions in support of sales forecasting and demand management activities. The STF/DM Analyst, will follow established procedures, consolidate, and analyze data, and ensure accuracy and consistency within functional models. Day to
Day Responsibilities :
User of STF and DM files that are primarily in excel. Excel processes include formula writing, data linking, and power pivots. Moderate to advanced excel skills are necessary in this role. Work includes STF model maintenance and ensuring STF model accuracy.
STF/DM model maintenance:
Changes, updates, consistency Support all key STF objectives/deadlines: Primarily focusing on data collection, consolidation, analysis, and accuracy Participate in all regional and global STF and DM meetings Supports the analysis for all STF and DM business requirements Supports all STF and DM data population and reporting/publishing requirements: Primarily maintaining models and ensuring accuracy of models and reporting Maintains STF/DM access levels, distribution lists, SharePoint, and PowerBI dashboard security updates Proposes, coordinates, and maintains the STF calendar, meetings, and updates Acts as a backup for NA DM Analyst and other STF/DM Analyst when resources are out of the office
Projects Involved With :
Supporting the implementation of forecast and demand management model and process improvements.
Travel Requirements :
Limited Travel Experience :
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Analyst in
Commercial, Business, or Finance Education Preferred :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or similar
Required Skills:
Proven ability to manage complex data sets Experience with various Business Intelligence tools such as Kairos, Databricks, SQL Moderate to advanced knowledge in MS Excel, Power BI Dashboards, and PowerPoint Strong analytical mindset (critical thinker), detail oriented, organized, focused, and an ability to maintain accuracy with large data sets.
Good interpersonal skills:
Ability to interact effectively with several functional areas and international culture
Team Player:
Ability to take the initiative to ensure functional objectives are met and recommend process opportunities once identified.
Resilient under pressure:
Ability to maintain composure and focus amongst business deadlines
Desired Skills:
