McKinsey & Company Inc. US is seeking an Expert in NY, NY. Provide quantitative analyses across the spectrum of claims, product, pricing, marketing, and sales analytics, and corporate finance, including claims projections, member enrollment patterns, predictive churn analytics, risk coding analyses, and cash flow analysis. Provide operational expertise in healthcare settings, including clinical staffing models, productivity optimization, and organization structuring. Build and maintain databases that measure quality and cost of care of providers across the patient journey spectrum. Lead and coach a diverse group of team members on execution of project deliverables. Manage client relations to ensure high quality of work and relevance of the strategic and operational recommendations. Telecommuting permitted.

Qualified applicants for this position must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field, or foreign degree equivalent. Qualified applicants for this position must have a minimum two (2) years of experience performing financial, economic, and actuarial modeling.

Experience must include the following:

applying analytic approaches (actuarial, statistical, data) to create measurable business impact; conducting segmentation analysis and world class product pricing; using statistical software packages including R and SQL; managing healthcare organization transformations and working with C-suite and other senior executives of major organizations.
