Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
SAP FICO
Consultant to lead the design and implementation of comprehensive financial solutions. You will architect end-to-end FICO systems, optimize processes, and ensure alignment with business objectives while leveraging the latest SAP technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement
SAP FICO
solutions (GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, IO, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis)
Lead S/4HANA transformations
, including system migration and greenfield implementations
Define integration strategies with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) and third-party systems
Architect financial reporting solutions (SAC, BW/4HANA, Fiori)
Optimize tax processes (VAT, Withholding Tax, Direct/Indirect Tax)
Establish governance frameworks for financial compliance (SOX, GAAP, IFRS)
Develop CO-PA and CO-PC solutions for profitability analysis and cost management
Design automated financial workflows using RPA, AIF, or BRF+
Mentor junior consultants and lead knowledge-sharing sessions
Required Skills & Experience:
12+ years of
SAP FICO
experience
, including 3+ full lifecycle implementations
Expertise in S/4HANA Finance (1909+) and Fiori apps
Deep knowledge of:
New GL, Parallel Accounting, Document Splitting
Central Finance (CFIN) and Group Reporting
Asset Accounting (AA) and Lease Accounting
Integration with Treasury (TRM) and Controlling (CO)
Proven experience with:
SAP BPC and SAC for financial planning
Idocs, APIs, and middleware for system integrations
Test automation and cutover strategies
Strong understanding of:
Financial consolidation and intercompany processes
Month-end/year-end closing automation
Financial regulatory requirements
Nice-to-Have Skills:
SAP FICO
certification
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Knowledge of RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting)
Exposure to SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
