We are seeking an ERP Support Technician with hands-on Workday experience for a long-term opportunity in Rochester, NY . The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, tech-savvy, and able to provide prompt ERP support to end-users.
Responsibilities:
Provide functional support for Workday HCM/Finance modules Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and assist users with navigation and functionality Log, track, and resolve tickets related to Workday Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues Deliver excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
