Sr. Analytics Analyst Position Available In Mecklenburg, North Carolina

The Company Large Insurance Organization What You Will Be Doing This person will build and maintain pharmacy reporting for key Amwins initiatives. Examples of these initiatives include pharmacy trend analysis, medical pharmacy rebate review, and analytics process improvement. They will work closely with other team members to collaborate and support team processes. They will partner with key business stakeholders to ensure end-to-end processes are built accurately and maintained. Qualifications Build reports and analytics through team leadership guidance. Prepare data files and support the maintenance of team data sources. Collaborate with internal IT and business departments to capture key requirements for successful analytics development. Support ad-hoc and reoccurring work as needed Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years’ experience in related industry Intermediate to advanced Excel Experience in pharmacy or healthcare claims Intermediate to Expert in SQL, SAS, R, Python, or other database languages Intermediate to Expert in PowerBi, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tool, preferred.
