Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) National Medical Reviews, Inc. Warminster, PA 18974 • Hybrid work Our company is hiring a Chief Information Officer who will be responsible for overseeing our company’s technological infrastructure to ensure that it meets the needs of our growing firm. The ideal candidate will have experience with all aspects of technology from enterprise systems to desktop applications and limited software development, as well as experience with database administration and security. The candidate will also be responsible for creating and executing a company-wide corporate technology strategy. Roles & Responsibilities Manages, develops, and implements global security policies and practices that encompass Internet sites, application services, and WAN security. Plans and executes security projects including but not limited to virus prevention and remediation; intrusion detection, prevention and remediation; log analysis; network security improvements; security scans, audits and remediation and vulnerability assessment. Actively directs and participates in virus and incidence response. Develops, tests, and maintains disaster recovery plans for IT systems. Performs security audits and computer forensics. Performs independent testing to verify compliance with security specifications and prepares necessary compliance documents to support certification and ensure regulatory compliance with rules/standards of relevant bodies. Leads the development and implementation of security training and awareness programs to educate employees about information security solutions and their requirements. Maintains currency in information security technology through both formal and informal training. Assists with development and management of information security budget. Assists with development and implementation of department policies and procedures. Works with Managed Services Provider (MSP) to ensure overall security health of the company. Participates in staff and/or client meetings and telephone conferences, as requested. Participates in the Quality Management Program.
