Overview:

We’re seeking a versatile and experienced Desktop Support Technician to serve as the sole onsite IT support resource at our Shelton, CT location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, enterprise environment and is eager to work with the latest technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide second-level support for workstation deployment (Windows 11 and macOS) Troubleshoot and escalate application issues; deploy new hire systems and QA builds Manage mobile devices and tablets using MDM tools (Intune/Autopilot experience preferred) Support and maintain A/V equipment, printers, network connectivity, and general IT peripherals Handle ServiceNow ticketing and documentation processes Deliver onsite and remote technical assistance to users, including senior leaders Assist with onboarding, hardware refresh projects, and security initiatives Occasionally support after-hours deployments and events

Required Qualifications:

2+ years’ experience in a technical support or IT service role Comfortable working independently and supporting up to 200 end users Strong communication and problem-solving skills Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS, hardware/software installs, workstation migrations Experience with ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow) Able to lift up to 50 lbs if needed

Nice-to-Haves:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field Industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Apple Certified Support Professional, ITIL v4, etc.) Previous experience supporting enterprise environments

Work Environment:

Onsite in Shelton, CT Standard business hours (8AM-5PM) Environment is 80% Windows / 20% macOS Minimal after-hours support Initial training provided by a senior technician onsite for your first week Why Join Us?
