Our client, a public service company committed to serving the community, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of the IT Department supporting the Desktop Support Team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving, troubleshooting and clear communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

- What’s the Job?
- + Provide desktop support, including installation, implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems + Collaborate with team members to deliver technical assistance in a customer service-oriented environment + Assist with networking tasks and system configurations + Handle system requests, terminations and setups promptly and efficiently + Maintain standard support coverage during business hours Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm •What’s Needed?
- + Relevant schooling or hobbyist experience + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation + Ability to lift 30 pounds and move equipment + Proficiency in hardware, software, networking and VoIP systems
