Baton Rouge, LA computer support firm seeking a motivated, people-oriented self-starter to provide
LEVEL 1 SOFTWARE SUPPORT
in an office environment, both on the phone and in person, with a strong focus on customer needs. Candidate must have extensive experience with multiple software packages including Windows 10/11, WordPerfect, Outlook, and Microsoft Office, and be able to self-teach custom developed software. Candidate must have a minimum of 12 months of technical support experience (specifically software support); must possess excellent communication/telephone skills with the ability to learn quickly, multi-task, handle stress easily, and adapt to changing situations. Successful candidates must be able to work with end-users as well as other team members. Some paid overtime is required in the Spring.
