Job Summary :

Provides hardware and software support to internal and external end users, ensuring efficient and effective use of technology. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following : Provide Tier 1 support to end users. Perform work through remote access software and onsite visits. Analyze and resolve problems. Collaborate with 3rd party vendors on IT-related issues. Deliver IT support via telephone and email. Log actions taken on each support ticket. Escalate tickets when necessary. Provide timely resolutions to support tickets. Install, implement, deploy, support, and maintain new hardware, software, and phone technologies. Assist in creating new user accounts for multiple systems. Understand basic network topology. Participate in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

Experience :

Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or a minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. We are an
