Full Job Description Electronics/Computer Repair Technician Location:
Billerica, MA Hours:
8am to 4:30pm
Pay:
$20-$22/hour Responsibilities of the Repair Technician Data sanitization (permanently and irreversibly removing or destroying data from a storage device, ensuring it cannot be recovered) Cleaning and preparing units for consumer sale Installing software for both PC and Apple devices Mechanical disassembly/reassembly of products to be repaired Hardware/software installation and repair Requirements of the Repair Technician Experience in a laptop or desktop computer repair role Must be able to speak, read and write in English Comfortable using different types of software Familiar with basic Microsoft office software Familiarity with computer networking concepts is a plus. Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques related to electronics maintenance and repair.
