The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, enterprise applications, and system access.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for computer hardware (desktops, laptops, tablets) and software (O365, Windows OS, etc.) Assist users with issues related to printing, software installation, and enterprise application use Perform First Contact Resolution (FCR) whenever possible Handle user identity management, access provisioning, and password resets using Active Directory Maintain and update Knowledge Articles in the internal Knowledge Management Database Adhere to incident, request, and knowledge management procedures
Required Skills & Experience:
2+ years supporting end users with hardware, software, enterprise applications, email, and operating systems 2+ years of experience in user identity/access management using Active Directory 2+ years of experience maintaining documentation and knowledge base articles 2+ years providing IT support via phone/email in a service desk environment
Work Schedule:
Hybrid – Must be able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC at least two days per week.
