Onsite IT Support Technician 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Wayne, PA 19080 We’re seeking a motivated, high-energy IT Support Technician who brings both technical skills and exceptional customer service to the table. Key Responsibilities:
Provide front-line support through phone, email, walk-ups, and self-service channels. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) including imaging and deployment. Act as a point of escalation and mentor for junior technicians. Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout the resolution process. Create and maintain knowledge base articles to support end users. Coordinate and communicate outages or major incidents to the business as needed. Handle ITSM ticket intake, tracking, routing, and closure with accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role. At least 2 years of hands-on experience with imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting PC and iOS hardware. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Proven customer service experience with both remote and in-person support. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Experience working with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred). Portuguese language skills a plus.
Additional Details:
Start Time:
Typically around 8:30am during training. After training, the shift may range between 7:30am-9:00am depending on business needs.
Late Shift Rotation:
Every 11-12 weeks, you’ll cover the late shift (12:00pm-8:30pm). Potential for
Remote Work:
After full-time conversion, eligible for hybrid schedule.
