Ping Directory Required Skills:
4+ years of IAM experience using Ping Suite of products with expert level knowledge of Ping Directory administration, performance tuning, upgrades and LDAP data synchronization using Ping DataSynch/LDIF. Hands-on experience in building and maintaining large LDAP environments. Install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot LDAP and PingDirectory on Linux/UNIX servers. 4+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 4+ years of experience managing PingDirectory/UnboundID. 4+ years of experience with Linux operating systems. Understanding of complex environments, their sub-components, concepts, and interactions. Deep understanding of large networks and global LDAP systems and the interaction between nodes. Ability to understand and support 300+ Linux RHEL servers in an LDAP global topology. Experience with monitoring and data analysis tools such as Splunk. Proficient in LDAP Technology Proficient in Linux Shell and Perl scripting Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio A broad knowledge of information security principles. Ability to identify, analyze, and address problems to resolve issues in a way that minimizes negative impact and risk to the organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Hands on experience with PingDirectory LDAP products 2+ years of demonstrated experience with infrastructure deployment automation using scripting such Bash and Shell with Ruby over CI/CD and deployment orchestration with Ansible Experience with GitHub, Ansible automation and orchestration (or similar to LDAP Engineer This role is seeking an LDAP Engineer who has experience with directory server solutions, for the LDAP Engineering team in the Identity and Access Services space on the SSO Core Platform Engineering team. Serves as a seasoned / proficient technical resource; provides tech knowledge and capabilities as team member and individual contributor. Will not have direct reports but will influence and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. Typically, 4 or more years of systems engineering experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect secure Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) solutions to meet business requirements. Provide consultancy in planning, testing, and documenting the environment changes for the existing environment and new integrations. Support the installation, configuration, and administration of PingDirectory. Support the installation, testing and deployment of new versions of software, hotfixes, and security fixes. Configure connection policies, alert handlers, replication topology, and management of bulk transactions. Be actively involved in audit-related activities and provide second level troubleshooting of PingDirectory. Support after-hours production deployments for PingDirectory integrations and other infrastructure maintenance activities which involve communication and coordination with engineering, operations, project management, and customer application resources to ensure the scheduled deployments are successful Understand and utilize basic network, virtualization, and datacenter technologies for deployment strategies of LDAP / Directory infrastructure.
