Description TheManufacturing Systems Engineer will include: Develop and refine CNCprograms for complex parts used in high-precision, defense andspace industries. Lead the setup, testing, and validation ofmachining processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Support thedesign of custom fixtures and tooling to improve consistency andrepeatability. Collaborate with engineering, production, andquality teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance work flows. Driveprocess improvements through automation strategies and continuousevaluation of machining methods. Profile The Manufacturing SystemsEngineer should have: 6 years of hands-on CNC programmingexperience. Comfortable working in fast-paced, precision-focusedenvironments tied to industries like aerospace or defense. Strongunderstanding of machining principles, tooling, and qualitystandards. Able to interpret technical data and inspection resultsto make informed process adjustments. Demonstrates a proactive,solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
