Job Description
We are looking for a Data Integration Specialist with hands-on experience in integrating data from the UKG ERP platform into enterprise data systems. This role is critical to enabling data flow from UKG into EY’s internal systems for operational and reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from UKG systems into internal EY platforms. Build and optimize data pipelines to ensure secure and reliable data transfer. Work closely with data modelers to align integration logic with defined schemas. Troubleshoot data quality and connectivity issues during the integration process. Create and maintain integration documentation and data flow diagrams.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with UKG ERP data extraction and integration workflows (UKG experience is required ). Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or custom scripting). Solid understanding of APIs, data connectors, and integration frameworks. Familiarity with SQL, JSON, and flat file processing. Ability to meet aggressive timelines in a collaborative environment.
