Full Job Description Position Overview:

The Cybersecurity Operations Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and management of enterprise security operations. This leadership role involves building and managing teams, directing cybersecurity initiatives, and ensuring compliance with security frameworks to protect the organization from cyber threats. Reporting directly to the CISO, this position requires strong business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership skills to align security strategies with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage security operations teams (direct, indirect, and outsourced) to deliver enterprise security services. Develop and maintain security strategies aligned with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. Establish trust and business relationships with stakeholders to advance cybersecurity initiatives. Oversee regulatory compliance efforts, including SOX and PCI security requirements. Define and execute the strategic vision for security services, projects, and daily IT security operations Ensure the 24/7 management and response of cybersecurity solutions and resources. Supervise incident response escalation, resolution, and reporting to mitigate cyber threats.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations or related fields. Proven ability to build and lead security teams, demonstrating strong leadership and collaboration skills. Expert knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST

CF, ISO/IEC 27001

). Experience managing Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Security Operations Centers (SOC). Solid understanding of core security concepts, including cryptography, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), managed security services, security event management, firewalls, and audits.

They will be strategic, hands-on, and capable of implementing security best practices while ensuring business resilience against cyber threats.
