Technical Skills
Python / PySpark Strong hands-on experience for data transformation
SQL and NoSQL Must be proficient
Azure Data Services Especially:
Azure Data Factory
Microsoft Fabric (critical)
Data architecture Proven experience with data modeling, warehousing, and data lake house design
CI/CD Experience with Azure DevOps Experience
5+ years in data engineering
Proven track record delivering large-scale, enterprise data solutions
Experience building scalable ELT pipelines and integrating structured/semi-structured data
Must be able to lead projects and mentor other engineers (people + technical leadership)
Soft Skills
Strong communicator (for cross-functional collaboration)
Ability to prioritize business needs and lead execution
Experience guiding offshore teams is a plus
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Master s degree in a relevant field
Prior Data Solution Architect experience
Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
Experience with third-party data ingestion and governance
Innovation/strategy mindset (suggesting roadmap improvements, not just execution)
