POSITION SUMMARY

The Development Services Analyst supports the Development Department by maintaining comprehensive, accurate, and functional development department databases (new unit tracking, remodel, and real estate reports) for Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s company and franchise restaurants while ensuring the prompt and precise communication and dissemination of information to internal departments, external partners, and franchise owners.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsible for the compilation, tracking, and maintenance of all data for all company and franchise restaurants, including physical/geographical, site, building, construction, and remodel information.
Maintain and analyze SiteFolio to support the entire development team and the development process, and assist the team with approvals and processes.
Coordinate the development process for stores to ensure key milestones are met for the timely completion of projects. Monitor the status of each project. Assist Real Estate and Construction Managers as needed to expedite processes.
Support the development team in expediting their essential functional tasks and approval workflows.
Assist with tracking and maintaining the reporting of key Development Department databases and processes, including Sitefolio, Store Transfers, Closure Mitigations, Remodels, New Units, and Acquisitions/Divestitures.
Continually monitors the database system for accuracy, maintains system health, and performs during data access operations.
Regularly and directly communicates with CKE management, franchise owners, operators, and employees by phone, email, and written correspondence.
Manage special projects within the development department as needed.
Other duties as assigned are to respond to changing business conditions and/or system requirements.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/CORE COMPETENCIES

BA/BS Degree preferred
Must possess approximately three (3) years of any combination of experience and/or education that demonstrates a commanding knowledge in database management, restaurant management for QSR (quick service restaurant) industry, or equivalent
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must have the ability to analyze complex variable situations and identify appropriate courses of action
Strong work ethic; approaches tasks with a proactive “can-do” attitude, shows a commitment to completing tasks to the highest standards.
Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills; communicates effectively with various contacts (internal and external)
Familiarity with database management approaches, tools, and phases of the database and business lifecycle, with experience applying these skills in managing teams and leading databases.
Expert fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook (skilled in Excel calculations, formulas, formatting, data manipulation and interpretation, and customizing reports as needed).
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and accommodate shifting business priorities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Restaurant Support Center is a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Constant interaction with internal and external partners by phone, in person, and/or via electronic communications.
Ability to lift and/or move approximately 30 pounds (file boxes, packages, materials, etc…)
Sitting for extended periods of time, typing continuously, and answering phones while multitasking.
