Job Description
6 month contract role. Option to extend or convert to FTE. Hybrid work, Fenton, MO. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or Chemistry. This role requires someone with Food Science or Chemistry background. This is NOT a business intelligence, data science or information technology role.
Position Overview:
The R D Data Coordinator will support the implementation of a new Specification Management System, ensuring accurate data entry for ingredients, formulations, processing, packaging, and finished goods. This role is essential for streamlining specification management and maintaining data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, interpret, and enter product (75%) and packaging (25%) data into the system Organize and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency Collaborate with R D to assemble and input formulation details Review entries, perform necessary revisions, and test specification outputs Secure required approvals following corporate procedures Support additional R D tasks and projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
Experience in data entry and verification Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective time management and communication abilities Ability to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Chemistry NO C2C, No C2C referrals.
