JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY
The Technology Coordinator’s role is to ensure the streamlined operation of the Technology Department in alignment with the business objectives of the organization. The Technology Coordinator will assist with planning, coordinating, and implementing department projects while providing direction and support for daily operational activities. The Technology Coordinator will work closely with the Technology Director to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. The Technology Coordinator will also ensure that Technology policies, procedures and best practices are implemented consistently throughout the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Additional tasks may be assigned as needed to support the goals and operations of the organization. Provides operational leadership for district-wide technology initiatives, ensures policy compliance, and manages implementation timelines in collaboration with the Technology Director. Provide support for district hardware, software, and technology systems Define and implement policies and procedures for technology use in the organization Maintain accurate documentation of technology software and systems Ensure consistent implementation of technology policies and procedures throughout the district Review and evaluate existing technology systems for continued efficiency and effectiveness Conduct regular status meetings with the Technology Director, keeping the stakeholders’ needs and requirements continuously in view Oversee and schedule projects with vendors as directed by the Technology Director Assist with the development and implementation of a district technology plan
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associates Degree in computer related field, OR 4+ years of experience working directly with computer systems Proven ability to coordinate technical operations, manage systems, and support multiple users across a large organization. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in a school district technology department or similar relevant experience Experience leading technology projects or coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams

Day Work Calendar Annual Salary based on previous years of experience in a similar role
Annual Salary Range:
$ 71,386 – $ 87,853 WORKING
CONDITIONS
Work is performed primarily in a standard in-person school setting. Requires travel between schools and district offices. Requires occasional lifting of materials or equipment up to 50 lbs. Requires proficiency in using district technology including network management. Standard work hours align with the school day and district office hours, but may require attendance at evening or weekend meetings, school events, or professional development sessions. Must be flexible and adaptable to varying schedules and demands across the district.
