JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the direction of Global Manager, Network Operations, and in consultation with Regional Manager, Network Infrastructure, the SNS Operations Analyst will be involved with day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, monitoring and implementation of network infrastructure within the global client environment. The primary focus of this role will be to provide network support to a large number of corporate branches. This role is customer focused in support of the SDWAN infrastructure (Palo Alto ION), UPS, Wireless (Cisco), and user connectivity. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years networking background with general administration, troubleshooting and design skills. Client is looking for someone who is willing to expand their skillset and can take ownership of tasks assigned. • While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
